Multi-Platinum selling singer-songwriter, Chris Janson, is celebrating the ‘cold ones’ on National Beer Day with the release of his latest track, “Tap That,” available now. The song, written by Janson, Preston Brust, Brandon Kinney and Chris Lucas, is a love letter to everyone’s favorite summertime partner – beer!
Alongside the track, Janson has also released the sun-soaked music video, directed by his drummer, Josh Daubin. Captured while Janson and his band and crew took to the beach for some pre-show down time ahead of a performance in the Cayman Islands, the idyllic location and high-energy song makes us anticipate summer’s arrival with good music, good friends and good beer.
The award-winning artist and conservationist was recently honored by the Fish & Wildlife Foundation of Florida during the organization’s “A Night for Nature” gala hosted at the Pelican Club in Jupiter, Florida on March 31st. Janson was recognized for his dedication to preserving Florida’s wildlife by his best friend, Johnny Morris (Founder and CEO of Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s). Janson, who has spent his life as an avid outdoorsman, has helped raise millions of dollars for environmental conservation – ensuring that generations to come will be able to enjoy the bountiful beauty of the great outdoors. He also thrilled the crowd with a surprise live performance.
Janson’s current radio single, “All I Need Is You,” is impacting Country radio now and skyrocketing up the charts. On April 4th, Janson released an alternate version of the song, “All I Need Is You (Outlaw Version).”
Stay tuned for more from Chris Janson as he prepares the release of his latest album via Big Machine Label Group/Harpeth 60 Records, due out early this summer.
